Our client is looking for a Senior PM - ERP who will lead several high-impact business and IT projects end to end, from solution definition to adoption by the business:

  • Coordinate and structure project work for multiple operational departments, from opportunity/prospecting through to full delivery of real-estate projects.
  • Lead the HR projects around leave management, integration with payroll, and extension toward telework processes and tooling.
  • Support employees in adopting the tools that support their day-to-day work (SAP, Odoo, Office 365 and related applications).
  • Steer IT delivery for selected initiatives, including solution selection, security, document management and data protection (DPR) topics.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, project charters and implementation roadmaps.
  • Plan, monitor and report on scope, budget, risks and timelines, using both classic (Waterfall) and Agile approaches where appropriate.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, IT and external partners, and secure decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and deliver concise status updates and steering materials for management and key stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 10 years of experience managing IT and/or business transformation projects in complex environments.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the public sector, and you are comfortable with the associated governance and constraints.
  • You have a strong track record delivering ERP or business application projects (e.g. SAP, Odoo or equivalent), from analysis to go-live and hypercare.
  • You confidently manage project scope, planning, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple departments.
  • You are comfortable working with both structured (Waterfall) and Agile delivery, and can adapt your approach to a mid-sized organisation (~150 FTE).
  • You facilitate workshops and working sessions, challenge assumptions, and translate business language into clear functional and process deliverables.
  • You communicate clearly with C-level stakeholders, project teams and external suppliers, both in writing and in meetings.
  • You are fluent in Dutch OR French, and you can work effectively in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience implementing SAP modules such as FI, CO, FM, SD, MM, PS, RE-FX.
  • Experience implementing mid-market ERP solutions like Odoo or similar platforms.
  • Experience with real-estate or asset-management processes (project development, property lifecycle, leasing, etc.).
  • Experience with public-sector budgeting and accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and reporting to support operational and management decision-making.
