You will join the Product Journey Tribe and provide technical leadership across several engineering teams within the Shared Services domain. Your role is to guide architectural decisions, ensure consistent application of engineering standards, and help teams deliver scalable, secure and high-quality digital solutions. You work closely with product owners, architects, analysts and engineering leads to shape the technology roadmap and translate business needs into solid technical designs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior engineer/architect who enjoys coaching teams, improving delivery processes, driving cloud adoption and accelerating innovation (including AI and automation).

What you will do

• You define and maintain the technology roadmap together with architects and product owners, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• You guide teams toward the right technical solutions, promote best practices and enforce guardrails around quality, security, maintainability and scalability.
• You support teams in adopting cloud (AWS preferred) and modern delivery processes, helping them bridge theory with real implementation.
• You initiate improvements to reduce technical debt, streamline release and patching processes and raise overall code quality.
• You act as a technical mentor, organizing training and inspiration sessions on new technologies, including AI.
• You work closely with business analysts to turn functional requirements into robust technical designs, validate solution feasibility, and ensure proper documentation and code reviews.
• Throughout, you work across teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure architectural consistency and frictionless delivery.
