Description/Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect you will help build Telenet’s application landscape, working closely with the Product & Technology and Customer Operations circles during a critical initiative involving shared services and network integration. The consultant will bridge the gap until a permanent hire is onboarded and coach the new internal architect during transition.

Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for initiatives aligned with Telenet’s vision, guardrails and business objectives.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, alternatives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Document decisions, assumptions, and pro/con analyses for forums and stakeholders.
• Engage in stakeholder management across multiple teams and tribes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the future internal architect.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles and long-term modernization goals.
