As the ideal candidate, you are a proficient IT/OT Operations Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Linux Administration, complemented by a solid understanding of Windows Administration. You are enthusiastic about modernizing IT/OT operations and supporting your team in achieving operational excellence.

You design, implement, and manage changes within the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure landscape.
You support IT/OT Operations Infrastructure architects during the design of new solutions.
You analyze and troubleshoot problems and technical errors swiftly.
You support and coach team members to elevate overall performance.
You maintain the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure landscape and document support procedures.
You propose innovative improvements to enhance our infrastructure.
You participate in an on-duty (24/7) support role on a rotating schedule when required.

What are we looking for?

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You possess in-depth knowledge of Ansible Automation and IDM.
You demonstrate expertise in Container Platforms and Linux Red Hat.
You are skilled in Shell Scripting and Python.
You are a strong communicator with analytical reasoning skills.
You are able to work in a regulated environment.
You hold a strong understanding of Windows Server Administration.
You are knowledgeable in managing Zabbix monitoring systems.
You have a basic understanding of cloud architecture, including Azure, with experience in Azure DevOps and AKS being a plus.
You are proficient in understanding technical discussions in both Dutch and French, and fluent in English.
