As an IT Project Coordinator, you act as the key bridge between local IT teams in Belgium and offshore Global Delivery teams. Your role is to ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and consistent alignment across distributed stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivery readiness, recruitment support, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration.

You work at the intersection of IT delivery, HR, and change management, helping teams scale effectively while ensuring offshore colleagues are fully integrated into the broader IT organization.

Your responsibilities

• You serve as the primary point of contact in Belgium for Global Delivery–related IT activities, including demand intake, feedback management, and coordination across teams.
• You manage, update, and maintain project materials such as job descriptions, presentations, onboarding documentation, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• You organize and ensure continuity of recurring coordination moments, including monthly IT welcome sessions and regular status calls.
• You maintain frequent communication with Global Delivery teams, providing updates, clarifying priorities, and tracking progress.
• You support ramp-up plans by coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding flows, and collaboration between hiring managers, HR teams, and offshore counterparts.
• You facilitate strong collaboration between local IT teams, offshore delivery teams, and hiring managers, removing obstacles that may impact recruitment or onboarding.
• You coordinate cross-functional meetings to review milestones, risks, and dependencies, and you actively contribute to mitigation actions.
• You prepare concise summary reports for leadership, track key metrics, and propose process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• You help organize team-building initiatives, workshops, and engagement activities that strengthen collaboration across locations.
• You work closely with change and communication stakeholders to support adoption of Global Delivery initiatives and address resistance.
• You engage with senior stakeholders to provide status updates, escalate issues when needed, and support decision-making.
