As a Project Lead, you play a key role in delivering strategic and innovative projects that directly impact services for self-employed entrepreneurs and their accountants. You take ownership from idea to delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to turn strategy into tangible results.

You are the driving force behind change initiatives that strengthen both internal operations and customer-facing services. With a strong focus on planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment, you ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with lasting impact.

Your responsibilities

• You start by analyzing strategic objectives and translate them into a clear and structured project plan.
• You define scope, timing, budget, risks, and stakeholders, and set up the appropriate governance, including steering committees, to ensure alignment and ownership.
• You lead projects end to end. You closely monitor progress, quality, budget, and risks, proactively identifying issues and resolving them before they escalate.
• You communicate transparently and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• You manage change with care and impact. You anticipate resistance, build support, and ensure stakeholders are informed at the right moment and through the right channels. This allows new processes, tools, and ways of working to be adopted smoothly and effectively.
• At project closure, you evaluate results against scope, timing, budget, and quality.
• You capture lessons learned and actively share them across the organization, contributing to continuous improvement and stronger project delivery in the future.
