We’re looking for an experienced SAP Fullstack Software Engineer & Technical Architect to take a leading role in a large-scale SAP transformation. You’ll join a dynamic team developing modern SAP solutions around UI5, ABAP OO, and S/4HANA, and play a key role in defining and implementing the application architecture.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with hands-on development, within a complex and impactful IT landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development team (±12 developers) following Agile and Scrum principles.
- Design, document, and validate scalable SAP architectures.
- Develop high-quality solutions in ABAP OO, UI5, and S/4HANA.
- Manage release planning and follow-up during hypercare.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.
- Act as the bridge between analysts, developers, and project management.
- Promote Agile collaboration and drive continuous improvement within the team.
What are we looking for?
Must-Have Skills
- SAP UI5 / Fiori – 5+ years of hands-on experience
- ABAP OO (Object-Oriented) – 5+ years
- Team Leadership – Experience leading teams of 10+ developers
- Agile Project Management / SCRUM – 2+ years
- S/4HANA – Experience in development or integration
- GIT & CI/CD – Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Exposure or interest
- RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) – Understanding of concepts and usage
Nice-to-Have
- Background in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments
- Familiarity with PI/PO, WebDynpro, or integration projects
- SAP certification(s) in development or architecture
