As an ideal candidate, you are a seasoned Senior SAP BI Designer PM with a robust background in data modeling and BI solutions. Your experience aligns with innovative practices that drive business efficiency.
- You design and implement data models to enable efficient data usage in the SAP PM environment on BW/HANA.
- You develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, tailored to business needs.
- You design and develop reports and dashboards that support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical requirements.
- You define and manage data security policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- You collaborate closely with technical teams and departments to ensure BI solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- You stay up to date with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously enhance BI services.
- You document processes, specifications, and user guides to facilitate understanding and adoption of BI systems.
- You report regularly to the team lead on progress, deliverables, and improvements.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5-10 years of experience in BI design and implementation.
- You possess strong skills in SAP BI tools, specifically SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects.
- You are proficient in programming languages such as SQL, ABAP, and Python for data analysis and machine learning.
- You have a solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing systems, including SAP HANA environments.
- You have knowledge of data security principles, including authorization management and access control in SAP.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- You are an effective communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- You are committed and accountable throughout the contract duration.
- You have a detail-oriented and structured approach, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality.
- You are proficient in English.
