- You serve as a sparring partner for management, providing strategic insights on operational matters.

- You shadow Product Leaders and provide real-time feedback to champion best practices.
- You facilitate alignment sessions between stakeholders to ensure cohesive product decisions.
- You support establishing a center of excellence in product management through the formalization of processes and methodologies.
- You collaborate with various teams to promote a continuous learning culture in product management.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5-8 years of experience in product management and leadership roles.
- You possess a strong background in guiding teams through product discovery and organizational change.
- You have proven experience in regulated, data-intensive environments.
- You demonstrate a successful track record in building product discovery practices and transitioning organizations towards an outcomes-oriented mindset.
- You navigate evolving structures and roles in transformation settings with ease.
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch, both spoken and written.
