As a potential candidate, you are a seasoned Communications Officer with a passion for engaging diverse stakeholders and enhancing brand reputation.
- You develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that ensure coherence across all entities and channels.
- You safeguard the organization’s reputation by managing risks and aligning messaging with core values.
- You translate the brand strategy into clear and accessible narratives for various audiences.
- You coordinate messaging with key stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in communication.
- You draft high-quality content, including executive messages and social media materials, maintaining brand tone and style.
- You manage the end-to-end rollout of the brand identity in collaboration with relevant departments.
- You demonstrate a solution-oriented approach, prioritizing creativity and cost-efficiency in project execution.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5–7 years of experience in strategic communication or public relations.
- You possess strong expertise in Dutch and/or French, with proficiency in another language, along with thorough knowledge of English.
- You have the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate with clarity and credibility.
- You exhibit strong judgment and risk awareness, anticipating sensitivities effectively.
- You are detail-oriented with structured project management skills.
- You foster a collaborative mindset, comfortable in multi-entity and international environments.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and integrity aligned with the organization's values.
- You are hands-on and creative, eager to find innovative solutions.
- You are patient and sensitive to organizational dynamics, while determined to facilitate progress.
- You are required to work full-time.
- You must have the ability to be physically present on-site for 2 days a week.
- You must possess a work permit and valid residence permit for Belgium if you are a non-EU candidate.
