- You contribute directly to the organization design and implementation during the transformation.
- You conduct thorough research to understand the current organizational framework and validate assumptions.
- You advise on organization blueprints based on your empirical knowledge and market insights.
- You shadow and coach Product Leaders, providing real-time feedback and championing best practices.
- You diagnose gaps between current practices and the target Product Operating Model (POM).
- You facilitate alignment sessions among stakeholders, surfacing any systemic blockers to the transformation efforts.
- You support the formalization and documentation of product management best practices across the organization.
What are we looking for?
- You have over 10 years of experience in product management, leadership, and organizational transformation.
- You possess extensive experience coaching product leaders within active product discovery and organizational change.
- You demonstrate a proven track record of building discovery practices and shifting organizations towards an outcome mindset.
- You have experience in training product professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- You are adaptable to evolving roles and structure in transformation settings.
- You have been trained or coached by renowned experts in product transformation, which is considered an asset.
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch (spoken and written).
