Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

You will join an ICT platform team responsible for the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The team owns both the platform and a growing portfolio of internal solutions built on top of it.

This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, solution design, and stakeholder communication. You will take ownership within one or more Power Platform domains, translate technical challenges into clear proposals, and help shape the roadmap of the collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site structures, permissions, and governance
  • Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes
  • Build and maintain Power Apps solutions aligned with business needs
  • Translate technical and platform constraints into clear, actionable proposals for management and stakeholders
  • Define structured action plans and support their execution within ongoing projects
  • Apply DevOps practices within the Power Platform and M365 ecosystem (versioning, automation, monitoring)
  • Develop extensions or integrations using SPFx and complementary programming technologies
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, collaboration, and adoption of new solutions within the team

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, structure)
  • You have 2+ years of experience designing and automating workflows using Power Automate
  • You have 2+ years of experience building applications with Power Apps
  • You have experience translating technical requirements into usable, business-aligned solutions
  • You are comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • You have applied DevOps principles in a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform context
  • You have development experience (e.g. C#, React, or equivalent) for integrations or extensions
  • You have hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • You speak Dutch OR French and English
