You will lead a multi-year IT transformation program supporting the design and rollout of a new warehouse facility. The program covers the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), integration with SAP ERP, and optimisation of end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
Reporting to senior IT leadership, you will be responsible for structuring the IT track, defining governance, building the delivery team, and ensuring that complex, interdependent IT initiatives are delivered in a controlled and scalable way.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and structure the IT program governance, scope, and delivery model
- Translate a multi-year roadmap into concrete IT delivery plans and milestones
- Lead and coordinate multiple IT workstreams related to WMS implementation SAP ERP integration, Warehouse automation, Replenishment and transport systems, Master data management
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, including functional and technical analysts
- Manage dependencies across Supply Chain, ERP, logistics, and automation systems
- Ensure alignment between IT deliverables and broader Supply Chain strategy
- Lead functional design workshops and validate solution fit with business stakeholders
- Monitor progress, risks, and quality, and report transparently to management
- Establish clear documentation, reporting, and decision-making processes
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent through relevant experience
- You have 5+ years of experience in Program Management or senior Project Management
- You have proven experience leading teams of functional and/or technical analysts
- You have a strong background in Supply Chain processes, such as Procurement, Warehousing, Planning, Logistics, Order-to-cash
- You have experience with ERP transformation or integration projects, preferably SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)
- You understand end-to-end Supply Chain flows and how they integrate into ERP systems
- You are experienced in managing complex dependencies across ERP, WMS, and logistics platforms
- You have a solid understanding of ERP architectures, Integration concepts (APIs, IDocs, middleware), Data flows and master data dependencies
- You communicate fluently in English
- You are fluent in Dutch OR French, with at least passive knowledge of the other language
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with logistics system implementations (WMS, TMS, OMS)
- Exposure to multi-site or multi-distribution-center deployments
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, WM, SD
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Awareness of change management and organisational impact
- Basic understanding of cloud-based supply chain platforms
- Exposure to cybersecurity considerations in Supply Chain systems
