Our client, a highly regulated organization operating in a security-critical environment, is strengthening its approach to digital identity and logical access management. The Senior IAM Project Manager leads an end-to-end transformation of identity, access, and authorization processes, combining project leadership with deep functional analysis in a context where compliance, traceability, and governance are paramount.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead an end-to-end IAM program focused on logical access, identity lifecycle management, and authorization governance.
  • Analyze existing access processes, systems, and entitlement flows across domains and applications.
  • Design future-state IAM processes, governance models, and authorization structures aligned with security and audit requirements.
  • Translate analysis into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and traceability documentation.
  • Drive project execution, including planning, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Guide technical and functional teams during design, implementation, testing, and rollout phases.
  • Report progress, risks, and decision points to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 8+ years of experience in IT project management within security-sensitive or regulated environments.
  • You bring proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle management, role management, and authorization processes.
  • You possess a strong background in functional analysis, including process modeling, requirements definition, and documentation.
  • You have experience delivering projects that combine technical, organizational, and governance changes.
  • You bring hands-on experience with compliance, audit readiness, and security governance.
  • You are skilled in stakeholder management across technical teams, business users, and management.
  • You have experience with process modeling techniques such as BPMN or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a good professional level of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in environments with elevated security or safety requirements.
  • Understanding of technical IAM concepts such as RBAC models and authorization logic.
  • Experience preparing organizations for audits or inspections.
  • Ability to combine analysis, coordination, and implementation within a single role.

  • Working model: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)
