We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic transformation program within the service business. This is a temporary replacement (6–7 months) for an internal leader on leave.
You will take charge of a large-scale program shaping the future of the service platform, ensuring delivery across timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Delivery: Define project roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs; ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Program Leadership: Lead a large-scale service platform transformation, managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Milestone Management: Guide cross-functional teams to achieve key development and delivery milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Drive program reviews, checkpoint meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment.
- Resource & Team Enablement: Coordinate resources across teams and foster collaboration.
- Innovation: Explore opportunities to integrate AI and SaaS solutions into workflows.
- Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive risk plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress, adjust plans where needed, and deliver transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Resolve roadblocks creatively, balancing agility with structure.
What are we looking for?
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree with 10+ years of leadership experience managing complex programs end-to-end.
- Program Management Expertise: Proven ability to deliver large, multi-stakeholder programs from concept to industrialization.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with program management methodologies, project planning tools, and software development environments. Exposure to SaaS solutions is a strong asset.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to align diverse teams and manage across cultures.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at simplifying complex issues, making sound decisions, and enabling delivery.
- Mindset: Collaborative, empowering, and results-driven.
- Languages: Fluent in English (business level).
