We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead / IT Project Manager to guide a technical team working on mainframe COBOL applications and migration projects. You will ensure smooth execution of the full development lifecycle, from analysis and build to testing and knowledge transfer, while keeping governance, reporting, and quality on track.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate an onshore/offshore development team.
- Oversee requirements, functional & technical analysis, build, unit testing, and system integration.
- Prioritize backlog items and drive timely delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate when needed.
- Facilitate collaboration with business, IT, and external partners.
- Ensure documentation, validation, and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong knowledge of the development life cycle in onshore and offshore contexts.
- You have experience with system integration and data migration projects.
- You are skilled in communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- You have experience managing vendors or external contributors.
- You hold a Senior level proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- You are proficient in Dutch or French and English at a professional working level.
