We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join the Business Solutions department of a leading transport organization. You will be part of the Build & Transform team, responsible for driving digital transformation and ensuring smooth delivery of key IT projects.
This role combines end-to-end project ownership, supplier and stakeholder coordination, and hands-on governance across a diverse IT landscape (SAP, SharePoint, ServiceNow, OpenText, etc.).
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects: scope, budget, planning, execution, testing, change & go-live.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure alignment with parallel projects and overall IT strategy.
- Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
- Manage risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare for a smooth handover to RUN/support teams.
What are we looking for?
- Proven Senior IT Project Manager with experience leading complex IT projects.
- Strong in budget management, stakeholder communication, and people management.
- Skilled in change management, business analysis, and test management.
- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Teams/Office.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and OpenText.
- Excellent communication in French or Dutch (with good knowledge of the other) + English.
- Certification such as Prince2 is a plus.
