  • You provide operational support to business and ICT colleagues regarding incidents, problems, changes, and releases for legacy applications.
  • You document business needs and convert them into functional and technical analyses for substantial transformation projects.
  • You ensure functional specifications are validated by business stakeholders.
  • You translate functional specifications into technical designs, guiding developers in the implementation process.
  • You participate in maintenance, bug fixing, and user support for various applications.
  • You actively engage in workshops and meetings, advising on potential consequences and risks of deviating from standards.
  • You collaborate closely with business colleagues and other analysts and developers to ensure knowledge transfer and practical problem-solving.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a functioneel analist.
  • You possess experience in .Net applications support.
  • You have familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps.
  • You are familiar with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in English.
  • You have documented experience in using JIRA as a tracking tool.
  • You can navigate change management processes effectively.
  • You possess knowledge in the utilities sector, particularly in a supplier context.
  • You can read and understand .Net code.
  • You are proficient in Dutch at the European CEFR C2 level.

Contract: Freelance or Permanent

End date: 16 January 2027 (extendable)
