• You determine acceptance criteria, validate end-to-end solutions, and coach on implementation and change management activities.
• You lead process design and continuous improvement within the One Telenet Business Process framework.
• You document chosen solution directions and business requirements, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and quality.
• You serve as a point of contact and domain expert for internal stakeholders and external partners, organizing knowledge administration and maintaining documentation.
• You provide consolidated analyses and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
