  • You create detailed functional analyses for assigned payroll projects and change requests in collaboration with business analysts.
  • You estimate the effort and workload required to deliver new or updated functionality alongside relevant stakeholders and teams.
  • You contribute to the optimisation of existing software solutions.
  • You define test scenarios, prepare test data, and coordinate test execution with the team.
  • You test developed software against the approved functional analyses.
  • You ensure delivered solutions meet quality, usability, and business expectations.
  • You provide functional support to developers and application service desk teams.
  • You create and maintain project and functional documentation.
  • You actively contribute to customer satisfaction through accurate and reliable solutions.
  • You take ownership and responsibility within projects and cross-team initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 10+ years of experience in functional analysis.
  • You possess expertise in payroll processes with 7+ years of experience.
  • You have a strong grasp of social legislation and related processes, with 7+ years of experience.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • You have a flexible mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • You are solution-oriented and able to function independently in complex environments.
  • You are proficient in Dutch at a native or bilingual level.
  • You possess professional working proficiency in French
  • You have basic to professional working proficiency in English.
