• You review incoming requests and identify standard solutions within the system.
• You design functional specifications for custom developments prior to passing them to third parties.
• You present NSSR requests at Value Board meetings for major changes.
• You act as the second-level contact for RFI and incident management.
• You monitor and assess the urgency of tickets and their treatment.
• You participate in various transversal projects, leveraging your FI-CO specialization.
