We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a global transformation initiative aimed at consolidating duplicated business functions from legacy systems into a single, central business platform.
The new platform will manage and monitor shipment routing across an international logistics network, providing real-time visibility and operational efficiency.
You’ll join the Business Process & Transformation team, working closely with global stakeholders to translate operational complexity into clear, actionable processes and requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and document existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
- Translate user needs into clear process diagrams, workflows, and business rules.
- Draft and maintain use cases, user stories, and test cases supporting development and deployment activities.
- Coordinate and report on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support end-user training and contribute to global rollout planning and communication.
- Manage JIRA incidents and improvement tickets, from identification through resolution and release communication.
- Act as a liaison between business operations and IT delivery, ensuring that business intent is preserved through implementation.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong ability to design and document business processes (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
- Proven experience articulating requirements via Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Deep understanding of business operations — able to describe activities, subtasks, rules, events, and data relationships.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills in complex, international environments.
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply-chain contexts (preferred but not strictly required).
