Our client, a key player in the Belgian energy landscape, is undergoing a major digital transformation to support the energy transition. The project focuses on remote and predictive maintenance using cutting-edge technologies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of high-voltage infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
- Model business processes and guide stakeholders through the redesign of technical workflows.
- Conduct impact analyses and develop context diagrams, business domain models, and user stories.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT systems while challenging existing processes.
- Validate functional analyses provided by IT partners and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Lead data quality initiatives, manage data migrations, and oversee post-implementation testing.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions following established change management methodologies.
- Support business users with IT tool adoption during the post-implementation phase.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in capturing and describing business requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and information needs.
- Experience with the creation and execution of test plans and training materials.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, and assertive communication style.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and manage complex project planning.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of IoT, AI, Machine2Machine, or Big Data technologies.
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial assets.
- Master’s degree in a technical field.
