Our client, a leading government agency focused on environmental management, is seeking an experienced analyst to improve network information for domestic wastewater systems. The role involves supporting the full lifecycle from business analysis to functional design and testing within a dedicated Agile team.
Your responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Product Owner to monitor scope, timings, and project dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, review meetings, and demonstrations to ensure maximum stakeholder buy-in.
- Prepare test scenarios based on functional requirements to guide business testers.
- Maintain the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team to ensure delivery of optimal solutions.
What are we looking for?
- You possess 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst.
- You have 5+ years experience in general business operations within an ICT context.
- You bring experience with BPM (Business Process Management) for process development and optimization.
- You have hands-on experience with GIS or QGIS tools.
- You're native or have C2 level proficiency in Dutch.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills.
- You bring proven knowledge of Project Management facets including estimation, planning, and coordination.
- You have experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to Haves
- Experience or domain knowledge regarding water treatment processes.
