Our client, a public sector organization focused on career data management, is seeking a Functional Analyst to support the transition and development of learning account platforms. The role involves translating business needs into clear functional specifications and ensuring their successful implementation.
Your responsibilities:
- Define functional specifications for modules, including use cases, user interfaces, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain data models to support system architecture.
- Support the development phase through sanity checks and continuous functional alignment.
- Perform detailed impact analyses for change requests and root cause analyses for incidents.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios and execute functional test cases.
What are we looking for?
- You have 3+ years of experience in functional analysis and documentation.
- You possess 3+ years of experience with data modeling and UML.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in test analysis, test design, and execution.
- You have 3+ years of experience working with SQL, XML, and XSD.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- You're able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

- Experience within public sector career or education data management.
