Our client, a leading organization specializing in water treatment and infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join their digital project management division. This role acts as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Model business processes using BPMN to ensure operational alignment and clarity.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive documentation sets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design detailed test scenarios to validate the quality and reliability of digital applications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders to capture project insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Team Leads to ensure successful solution delivery.
What are we looking for?
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in digital environments.
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Information Management, or a related field.
- You bring expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies and process modeling with BPMN or UML.
- You're fluent in Dutch with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have a demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, simplified solutions.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a highly structured, detail-oriented approach.
- You bring experience in defining test scenarios and supporting software quality assurance.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with tendering processes within the public construction sector.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) or commercial estimation tooling.
- Previous experience working with engineering firms or contractors.
