We are looking for a passionate AI & ML Data Engineer to strengthen our advanced analytics team. You will play a key role in building robust data science platforms, designing complex data pipelines, and helping bring AI and machine learning into production. Your Responsibilities
As part of our team of data scientists and engineers, you will:
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up, improve, and maintain scalable data science platforms on Azure.
- Design and implement complex data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources.
- Work with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models.
- Deploy and maintain Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
- Contribute to both strategic and operational use cases with direct business impact.
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and performance standards.
- Actively foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning operations.
- Proven track record of setting up data science platforms in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services for advanced analytics.
- Strong expertise with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow), Python, and SQL (minimum 3 successful projects).
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), and DevOps practices (3+ implemented projects).
- Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining LLMs in production.
- Fluent in English (C1, written and spoken).

Contract type: Freelance or Permanent
Workload: Full-time (1 FTE = 216 days/year)

End date: 20 October 2026 (with possibility of extension)
