Our client is building a hybrid data and information landscape that combines a SAP-oriented platform (BW, HANA) with a modern Microsoft Azure data platform. Power BI serves as the central reporting tool, with data from diverse sources integrated into various layers to support advanced analytics and reporting use cases.
To strengthen the data platform foundation team, we are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer who can help manage and further expand the Azure data platform end-to-end. You will support projects, set up secure landing zones for domain teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on automation and security.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand the Azure data platform end-to-end.
- Support data teams in designing and configuring secure landing zones.
- Execute and follow up on daily monitoring and “keep it running” activities.
- Handle incident & problem management and support planned interventions.
- Follow up on the change & release process.
- Drive automation and ensure compliance with security standards.
What are we looking for?
- Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare technologie.
- Je hebt ervaring met MS Azure cloud omgevingen.
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Azure DevOps.
- Je hebt ervaring met Infrastructure as Code (IaC) met Bicep en/of Terraform.
- Je bent vaardig in scripting (Python en/of PowerShell).
- Je hebt ervaring met Azure Network & Cloud Security Services.
- Je hebt een Master of Bachelor in een technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen de Belgische energiesector.
- Je hebt ervaring met CI/CD.
- You are proficient in Nederlands at European CEFR level C2.
