We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / IT Analyst to support end-to-end project delivery. You will manage projects, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure that business requirements are translated into functional solutions. You will also participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring high-quality outcomes for projects with significant budgets and impact.

You will work closely with developers, testers, and other project managers to deliver structured, on-time, and well-documented solutions while proactively managing risks and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI processes, planning, execution, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed solutions
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes
• Document business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, and functional diagrams
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Propose solutions and follow up on incidents
