You will join a large public-sector organization responsible for delivering customer-facing digital solutions at scale. The organization is running multiple strategic IT initiatives involving external suppliers, complex procurement processes, and high governance requirements. The focus is on strengthening project delivery, supplier coordination, and end-to-end execution across business and IT.

This role sits at the intersection of project management and IT analysis, requiring both strong delivery ownership and hands-on involvement in requirements, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Role Description

• As a Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst, you take end-to-end ownership of complex IT initiatives, from procurement and requirements definition through delivery, testing, and go-live.
• You manage and follow up RFI/RFP processes, ensuring clear scope definition, structured evaluation, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• You plan, organize, and lead meetings and workshops with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring clear agendas, decisions, and follow-up.
• You document and review business processes, requirements, use cases, functional specifications, defects, and high-level solution designs.
• You actively support the full project lifecycle, including gap analysis, impact assessment, solution validation, deployment, and post-implementation follow-up.
• You work closely with developers, testers, and suppliers to validate deliverables and ensure solutions meet functional and business expectations.
• You contribute to test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect follow-up, and release readiness.
• You manage project planning, milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively proposing mitigation strategies when issues arise.
• You ensure project documentation, change logs, and reporting remain accurate and up to date throughout the project.
• You communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and steering committees.
