Reference number: 92031

Join a challenging and dynamic environment where you can significantly impact the efficiency and transparency of project delivery processes. We are seeking a motivated professional who can support the design and implementation of enhanced systems for delivery planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.

As an ideal candidate, you are an experienced Business / Systems Analyst ready to drive improvements and implement structured processes across multiple projects. You thrive on collaboration and possess a strategic mindset to establish an effective governance framework within your teams.

  • You analyze existing processes, tools, and workflows used for delivery planning, task tracking, resource allocation, time tracking, and billing.
  • You define the future-state (“to-be”) system architecture, including required tools, structure, data flows, reporting standards, and governance mechanisms.
  • You recommend and implement adapted tooling and practices, especially within Jira/Confluence environments.
  • You improve accuracy and consistency of time tracking, resource planning, scope management, and financial reporting.
  • You support the rollout by guiding teams, providing documentation, and assisting leadership with adoption and change management.
  • You address current challenges such as lack of a single source of truth, fragmented planning methods, limited time-tracking insight, and insufficient delivery governance.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally within multi-project delivery organizations.
  • You possess practical experience in setting up Jira-based planning, tracking, and reporting solutions.
  • You are familiar with environments where numerous smaller projects move through a standardized Sales to Delivery to Engineering workflow.
  • You are a structured thinker with the ability to translate operational pain points into scalable process and tooling solutions.
  • You have expertise in Jira configuration & workflow design (3–5 years).
  • You are proficient with Confluence for documentation & governance (2–4 years).
  • You offer experience in Jira plugins (e.g., Tempo) for time tracking and reporting (2–3 years).
  • You have strong Excel skills for reporting & data extraction (3–5 years).
  • You have some basic experience with Zoho (Order Forms) (1–2 years), understanding billing inputs.
  • You thrive in a multi-project delivery environment where you have managed parallel small-scale projects (3–5 years).
  • You have beneficial exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies (1–3 years), though not required.
  • You are skilled in business process analysis (3–5 years), including as-is analysis and to-be definition.
  • You can provide systems implementation & rollout support (2–4 years), guiding teams and leadership during changes.
  • You are proficient in English.
