We are looking for an SAP Key User with experience in Warehouse Management (WM) to support an international SAP S/4HANA implementation project in the clinical manufacturing environment. You’ll play a central role in stock management, order processing, and production support for products used in clinical studies, working closely with production and master data teams.
This is a hands-on, operational role embedded within the business, not just IT. You’ll be directly involved in testing, training, and acting as a representative of the clinical manufacturing department within the project.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage stock entries, transfers, PREs, and orders in SAP.
- Support and test SAP S/4HANA WM transactions during the project’s rollout.
- Collaborate with production (PP module) and master data teams.
- Act as a counterpart to consultants and ensure smooth integration of processes.
- Receive training on bio and gene therapy processes and apply this knowledge in daily work.
- Represent the clinical manufacturing team in project discussions and workshops.
What are we looking for?
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP, ideally WM.
- Background in clinical logistics, biotech, or pharma environments.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to integrate quickly.
- Curious, open-minded, and autonomous working style.
- You are proficient in French, as the environment is primarily French-speaking.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Familiarity with PP and Master Data modules.
- Previous experience as a SME or Key User.
- Pharmaceutical sector background in Belgium.
What do we offer?
First 3 months: Full on-site presence in Braine-l’Alleud for training & onboarding.
After onboarding: Hybrid (±2 days/week on-site, depending on project/testing phases).
Start: ASAP (immediate or short notice)
End: June 2026, with strong possibility of extension.
