- You contribute qualitatively to specifications and ICT-related purchase documents.
- You maintain close contacts and build strong relationships with internal ICT clients and the procurement department.
- You act as a 'center of excellence' during the procurement and sourcing phase of contracts to enhance quality.
- You support the ICT contract manager during contract operations.
- You manage Software Asset Management, including licensing and audits.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management.
- You have demonstrable experience in licensing management for various software (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, VMWare, Oracle).
- You are an experienced business analyst in a similar environment with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- You possess knowledge of public procurement processes and legislation.
- You have proven skills in stakeholder management.
- You can present relevant certifications or training for this function.
- You are proficient in Dutch at a European CEFR level of C2.
- You have at least 3 years of experience writing and guiding ICT specifications.
