Our client, a leading organization in the utility and energy sector, is seeking a Scrum Master to support their digital transformation. The role focuses on guiding multiple teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet evolving customer needs in a climate-neutral society.
Your responsibilities:
- Organize, facilitate, and coach SCRUM events including sprint planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Guide multiple teams working on a single product within a Multi-Team Scrum environment.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization based on value creation, and stakeholder management.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT by ensuring business stakeholders are integrated into the team process.
- Foster a positive team culture based on Agile values and remove obstacles that impede team productivity.
- Report on progress and team performance with a high degree of transparency to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the Agile community by onboarding new masters and documenting best practices.
What are we looking for?
- You have 3+ years of experience as a full-time Scrum Master.
- You bring 3+ years of experience with Agile project methodologies and SCRUM principles.
- You possess experience with Multi-Team Scrum environments where several teams collaborate on one product.
- You have experience working as a Scrum Master within the context of Geographical Applications (preferably ESRI).
- You bring experience coaching mixed teams consisting of both Business and IT profiles.
- You possess experience working with Agile tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- You are native in Dutch (CEFR level C2).
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in facilitating a transition to a SCRUM way of working.
- Experience supporting Product Owners in value-driven prioritization.
- Experience facilitating online workshops using tools such as Mural or MS Teams.
