- You lead functional and technical implementations in ServiceNow ITSM and Now Platform services.
- You manage the implementation of ServiceNow HR SD functionalities.
- You work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- You maintain detailed documentation of all processes and configurations.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- You participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in functional and technical implementations in ServiceNow ITSM and Now Platform services.
- You possess experience in the functional and technical implementation of ServiceNow HR SD.
- You are proficient in English and Dutch or French, both orally and in writing.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies.
- You are available to start on 01/04/2026 and can commit through 31/12/2026.
