Our client, a major organization in the media and broadcasting sector, is looking for a Projectmedewerker HR to support the implementation of a new ERP system. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes and workforce planning tools within a large-scale digital transformation.
Your responsibilities:
- Draft and execute test scenarios for HR systems with a focus on data quality and process integrity.
- Analyze existing reporting structures to document and build new reporting templates.
- Prepare design documents, conduct business analyses, and document updated internal HR processes.
- Document change impacts and maintain action logs to ensure project progress.
- Support the project team with integration testing between HR software and other systems.
- Prepare training documentation for employees and support the payroll team in daily analytical operations.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience with SAP systems.
- 1+ years experience with SAP HCM modules such as Time Management, Payroll, Administration, Organization, or CATS.
- Experience with data analysis and the creation of structured reporting.
- Experience implementing HR ERP systems and drafting comprehensive test scenarios.
- Knowledge of hard HR processes and workforce planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You are native Dutch (CEFR level C2).
- You possess strong analytical skills and are able to translate complex information into clear connections.
- You are organized, hands-on, and capable of working independently towards strict deadlines.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), EC Time, EC Payroll, Compensation, MBMC, or Aconso.
- Experience setting up internal payroll systems on SAP.
- Experience supporting business testing for Time Management and Post-Payroll modules.
- Experience with integration testing between SAP and external software.
- Experience with Pigment for workforce planning.
