Our client, a key player in the Belgian energy sector, is seeking a Solution Architect to drive technical strategy and innovation. The role involves assessing complex solution proposals and developing proof-of-concepts to validate technology choices within a high-impact environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Critically assess and challenge technical solution proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create small-scale proof-of-concepts to evaluate the feasibility and performance of technology choices.
- Model architectural landscapes using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
- Manage diverse stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency across the program.
- Apply architectural patterns to solve complex integration and infrastructure challenges.
What are we looking for?
- You bring 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in applying architectural patterns.
- You have proven experience within the Belgian Energy Market, including knowledge of UMIG 6 and UMIG DGO processes.
- You have expert knowledge of modeling techniques such as Archimate, TOGAF, UML, or Sparx EA.
- You possess TOGAF Foundation certification.
- You have experience with Stakeholder Management and possess strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch OR French (C1 level) with a good knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- TOGAF Certified professional.
- Experience with the modeling tool Enterprise Architect.
- Experience with cloud technology, specifically Azure.
- Ability to work pro-actively and independently.
