We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support strategic transformation programs within a dynamic and evolving energy environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring program alignment, governance, and reporting quality across multiple projects, working closely with program leads and transformation managers to enable efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
This role sits at the heart of organizational transformation — ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Support program and project governance, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets; consolidate and communicate key performance indicators.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and steering committee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and support transformation managers in project planning and delivery.
- Coordinate between different business units and technical teams to streamline project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools within the Transformation department.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program and project operations within a PMO environment.
- Proven experience working on transformation or large-scale change programs.
- Solid understanding of the Belgian energy market and related regulatory context.
- Fluent in Dutch or French (CEFR level C1), with a good understanding of the other language.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile transformation projects or hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
