As an Technical Lead, you’ll take ownership of both the design and delivery of .NET applications within a specialized software team. You combine hands-on coding with technical leadership, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and alignment with the organization’s broader architecture. You’ll collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure specialists to drive innovation and deliver secure, reliable solutions that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality.
- Design and implement robust, maintainable solutions aligned with architectural standards.
- Stay hands-on with .NET development, contributing actively to coding and debugging.
- Collaborate with functional analysts to translate requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee technical deliverables and release management, including infrastructure requests.
- Continuously optimize performance and integrate the latest security best practices.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that enhance reliability and innovation.
- Lead troubleshooting and ensure effective resolution of complex technical issues.
What are we looking for?
10+ years as a Technical Lead or Senior Full-Stack Developer.
Deep understanding of software architecture, DevOps pipelines, and release management.
.NET & Application Development
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core Web API, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Blazor or other modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
Cloud & DevOps
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (including Azure Service Bus).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated build/deployment workflows.
Security, Networking & Infrastructure
- Understanding of application security standards (OWASP, OAuth, OpenID) and general networking concepts.
- Comfortable working with server management and configuration in cloud or hybrid setups.
Architecture & Best Practices
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, clean architecture, and industry best practices.
Languages
- Dutch: Active knowledge (required)
