We are looking for a Senior Functional & Business Analyst to support the analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement of applications within a digital customer portal. You will work on user-facing features, dynamic forms, and cross-functional services that enable customers to manage their own data online.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

What You Will Do

• Analyse and understand business needs for the online customer portal, with a focus on dynamic forms and self-service features.
• Translate requirements into clear functional analyses, specifications, and documentation for business and technical teams.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and ensure consistency across applications and services.
• Guide development teams, support refinement sessions, and validate implemented solutions.
• Test functionalities (functional tests, validations) and coordinate UAT.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and architects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Stay up to date with methodologies, digital trends, and technologies to continuously improve the platform.
