We are looking for a Network Relations Officer to support the deployment, coordination, and optimisation of telecom infrastructure within the province of Liège. In this role, you will analyse projects, prepare pre-studies, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of network deployment activities.
You work closely with municipalities, regional authorities, utility companies, and real estate developers. This position is suitable for recent graduates with strong motivation who want to further develop their expertise in telecom, public infrastructure, or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Network Deployment Coordination
- Follow up on residential and industrial development zones.
- Act as the main point of contact for real estate developers to understand project scope and progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of fibre and copper network projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external utility stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with network design and process standards.
Relations with local authorities
- Serve as the point of contact for road managers (municipalities and regional authorities).
- Maintain a smooth collaboration for network deployment and maintenance activities
Synergy & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with other utility operators and participate in coordination meetings.
- Lead negotiations and prepare impact analyses and reports.
- Secure price agreements with contractors.
- Manage administrative follow-up (including Powalco encoding) and track dossier progress.
Authorisations & Permitting
- Handle complex or exceptional authorisations on public and private land.
- Present deployment plans to local and regional authorities.
Technical Pre-Studies
- Review technical studies and propose optimisations for network construction and maintenance.
- Suggest adaptations to fibre/copper architecture based on project needs.
- Follow up projects through to the execution phase.

- Understanding of utility operators (impétrants) and roadwork-related constraints.
- Eagerness to grow and continuously develop technical and coordination skills.
