As an ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operator excited to enhance processes related to the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM). You thrive in operational contexts and are eager to work with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• You will participate in the Prequalification process of the CRM.
• After an onboarding and learning period, you will be on the front line for executing operational tasks within the CRM Prequalification process.
• You will manage operational questions from CRM Candidates or internal stakeholders collaboratively.
• You will ensure the accurate respect of established processes, coordinating with various persons and departments within Elia.
• You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by providing feedback and key learnings to Implementation Managers.
• You will support other operational processes that are part of the team's responsibilities, such as the VSP Tender.
