  • You support the TTC department and its head in daily project management and department management.
  • You maintain a structured and consolidated overview of all ongoing requests.
  • You prepare (project) meetings, including agenda, presentations, and action points.
  • You track progress across project streams and coordinate with various team members.
  • You perform quality checks on documentation, such as project plans and reports.
  • You create slides and reporting materials based on inputs from stakeholders.
  • You help identify anomalies in project data and escalate to relevant departments.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an operational PMO Officer.
  • You have proficiency in project governance frameworks.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
  • You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
