You will join the HR Product Team responsible for continuously improving HR processes and digital solutions within a modern S/4HANA and Fiori-first environment. The team is transitioning toward a product-oriented operating model using Agile/SCRUM and is preparing for a move to private cloud by 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse HR business processes, map requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage new functional requests end-to-end, from discovery through validation and documentation.
• Define acceptance criteria, prepare test scenarios and support users during UAT.
• Provide 2nd-line functional support for HR applications, mainly Fiori apps, including incident analysis and solution proposals.
• Ensure that solutions align with upstream and downstream processes across Finance, Controlling, Procurement and other domains.
• Challenge stakeholders constructively and advise the Product Owner on the best functional and technical options.
• Collaborate with product teams in Belgium and Germany to plan and prioritise enhancements.
• Deliver reporting improvements and support HR data analysis activities for decision making.
