You will join the HR Product Team responsible for continuously improving HR processes and digital solutions within a modern S/4HANA and Fiori-first environment. The team is transitioning toward a product-oriented operating model using Agile/SCRUM and is preparing for a move to private cloud by 2027.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse HR business processes, map requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Manage new functional requests end-to-end, from discovery through validation and documentation.
- Define acceptance criteria, prepare test scenarios and support users during UAT.
- Provide 2nd-line functional support for HR applications, mainly Fiori apps, including incident analysis and solution proposals.
- Ensure that solutions align with upstream and downstream processes across Finance, Controlling, Procurement and other domains.
- Challenge stakeholders constructively and advise the Product Owner on the best functional and technical options.
- Collaborate with product teams in Belgium and Germany to plan and prioritise enhancements.
- Deliver reporting improvements and support HR data analysis activities for decision making.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on HR activities, understanding the relevance of HR processes across departments.
- You are fluent in English and proficient in one of the following: Dutch, French, or German.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- You have experience in designing user stories, developing test scenarios, and conducting UAT.
- You can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and the HR+ product team.
- Experience with S/4HANA, SAP HR module functionalities such as OM & PA, and Fiori apps is advantageous.
- You demonstrate effective communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.
- You have a solid understanding of BPMN and UML, along with functional documentation skills.
- You are open to a full-time work regime.
- You are prepared for occasional travel to Berlin and can meet the on-site presence requirement of 2 days per week.
- You possess a valid work and residence permit allowing you to work in Belgium if applicable.
