As an ideal candidate, you are a skilled Validation Engineer with a strong background in scientific disciplines. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance and compliance, this position is made for you.
- You validate and document support for formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging processes.
- You execute and document urgent quality investigations.
- You perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures.
- You support and implement process and system changes related to product introduction.
- You provide overall project management, including coordination, planning, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in a scientific field such as Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- You are proficient in Dutch and have good knowledge of English (written and oral).
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a team player who demonstrates an organized, accurate, and quality-conscious work approach.
- You exhibit analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good technical writing style.
- You have experience in executing validation projects and proficiency in planning and project coordination.
- You are pragmatic, proactive, and results-focused, able to lead and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- You have experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment and familiarity with risk assessment and validation processes.
- Flexibility for shift work may be required for certain projects.
- Your contributions to service delivery are evaluated based on accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
