We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer Co-Development who excels in process design and project management while collaborating across multiple departments to facilitate successful product launches.
- You coordinate activities required for the introduction of new products from concept through to delivery.
- You ensure alignment across departments such as Production, QC, QA, and other support areas.
- You act as the liaison for site communications with external stakeholders including global R&D and product teams.
- You plan, monitor, and are responsible for achieving milestones within clinical campaigns.
- You analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
- You collaborate with R&D to design and optimize production processes with consideration for scalability and GMP guidelines.
- You manage and prepare project documentation including Technical Agreements, batch records, and reports.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders effectively.
- You are a clear and nuanced communicator.
- You demonstrate organized and accurate working habits.
- You have strong technical writing skills in both Dutch and English.
- You bring solid project management skills, capable of developing and maintaining project plans independently.
- You have a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- You are able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
