- You plan, execute, and follow up routine validation activities for HVAC systems, filters, and equipment.
- You prepare and manage validation documentation according to company procedures.
- You register and maintain validation data in dedicated software systems.
- You identify, report, and follow up deviations during validation studies.
- You coordinate with internal departments and external contractors.
- You ensure the availability and proper use of validation equipment.
- You support colleagues and contribute to team-based validation projects.
- You are flexible to early starts (from 7:00 AM) when required for requalification activities.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- You have a solid understanding of validation processes and documentation.
- You are proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and are a team player.
- You demonstrate effective communication abilities.
- You are organized, accurate, and quality-conscious.
- You have analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- You are knowledgeable about temperature mapping and/or validation (preferable but not mandatory).
- You have experience in a GMP environment.
- You are certified to operate height equipment (desirable).
- You are proficient in English.
