- You identify, collect, and document business needs using a variety of elicitation techniques.
- You engage with internal and external stakeholders to validate requirements.
- You analyse existing business processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- You produce detailed, structured functional specifications and user stories.
- You work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with requirements.
- You define test cases and conduct functional testing to verify solution correctness.
- You perform impact assessments based on business requirements to support planning and decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 10 years of experience in business and functional analysis within ICT projects, especially in Agile/Scrum environments.
- You possess strong skills in design and modeling techniques such as UPM and BPMN.
- You are proficient in business requirements elicitation techniques.
- You are an effective communicator with strong analytical capabilities.
- You take initiative and work well under stress, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
- You exhibit a high sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism in your work.
- You have a willingness to travel regularly for project needs.
- You are proficient in French or Dutch (C2 level in one, B2 in the other) and possess B2 proficiency in English.
