You will contribute to the further development of a critical data validation platform that supports large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The solution validates high volumes of geographic and structured data used by public-sector organisations for policy-making and digital services.
You work within a multidisciplinary Agile team and play a key role in delivering a robust, scalable, and high-quality solution. Beyond development, you actively contribute to architectural quality, technical improvements, and continuous collaboration within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop well-structured, maintainable, and fully tested code within an existing architecture
- Translate user stories into concrete technical implementations
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and backlog refinement
- Safeguard architectural quality and contribute to technical improvements
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Contribute across the full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
What are we looking for?
- You have minimum 5 years of experience developing .NET-based applications, including .NET Core / ASP.NET
- You have minimum 5 years of experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as Angular, Vue.js, or React
- You have minimum 5 years of experience with cloud hosting on Microsoft Azure
- You have a formal education or certification in software development, or equivalent experience in C# / .NET environments
- You have native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Entity Framework Core for data persistence – ideally 3 years
- Experience with Microsoft Azure SQL – ideally 3 years
- Knowledge of Agile SCRUM principles
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading a development team or coaching developers
