As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled Market Operations and Implementation Manager with a drive for excellence and experience in process management within the energy sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and improving CRM processes.
- You manage the operational processes related to the CRM prequalification.
- You proactively address operational queries in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- You ensure the accurate execution of organized processes involving both automated and manual tasks.
- You report on process status and manage files effectively.
- You provide feedback on potential improvements, adding value to the implementation team.
- You take the lead on implementing process improvements based on thorough analysis.
- You participate in testing and updating internal and external CRM tools and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- You have between 3 and 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess very strong communication skills and are trilingual (FR/NL/EN – spoken and written).
- You are an excellent problem-solver, capable of determining when to act or delegate issues properly.
- You demonstrate a procedural, accurate approach to work in a changing environment.
- You are customer-oriented and work independently while fostering team spirit.
- You have a strong proficiency in MS Office.
- You are authorized to work in Belgium and hold a valid residence permit.
- You have a solid understanding of the energy sector regulations.
- You are comfortable with required onsite presence (2 days a week).
- You are proficient in English and at least one other relevant language.
